[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The handle would not fit in place of our old handle so we needed to reinstall our old handle. The shower head worked but we also could not install handle with pressure customizer handle so we are at one pressure which seems less than our old shower head. I do love the look of this shower head but unfortunately I don’t get to experience the full performance this set offers.

The design is clean and simple, and it immediately made the bathroom feel more updated without looking overly modern or trendy. The valve isn’t included, but as long as you have the correct valve in place, the trim installs easily.
