It is so smooth and gentle and the perfect pressure. It felt amazing on my back. The removable hand held shower head shown in the picture was not included. The faucet worked great and I’m all around very satisfied with this item. I am going to purchase another one for the other bathroom. I would highly recommend this item.

It's beautiful design adds an elegant look to any bathroom, it's easy to install,and easy to use. It's made very durable and functional. The single mode shower head is designed to give more pressure and force and you have total control of your water temperature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have learned that Symmons products are very particular with your shower valve that you already have installed behind your wall in your shower so it is not easy to switch out your shower valve - so unless you have an existing Symmons valve behind your shower wall you can’t use it. Sadly the brand said this will not work whatsoever with your set up, which is unfortunate because the product was quite beautiful and I was excited to use it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an overall great showerhead kits. The design is very simple and sleek. It’s a classic silver, which goes with almost any bathroom. The installation was a little tricky, but I think with YouTube videos can be very helpful. The water pressure was fine overall I think this is a great product with good durability very basic for your standard bathroom.
