The second shipment we received (to correct the wrong items delivered in the first shipment) was incomplete. One of the two faucets we ordered and received was missing its installment hardware. The plumber was the one who realized that, so we ran to the hardware store to get pieces and also purchased parts from the plumber. Otherwise, we would have had to pay for and schedule a return visit from the plumber. This is the last item we buy from Wayfair. Half off, but half the pieces ordered! Not a good experience.

Quality which is what you expect from Symmons. They did not disappoint!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful simple faucet with clean lines. It has a nice weight and installs very easily. I would suggest this is anyone needing wanting to upgrade their faucet and am considering getting another for our second bath.
