Broken in multiple places. Likely was broken before it left the facility. The backerboard has a large bisecting crack and is pretty weak. The grout is not strong enough to hold the tiles together given the backerboard being weak. Mine arrived with missing grout and a large crack in several places between the tiles. Additionally one of the corners was dented. I would suggest buying something a little better quality since better ones are not much more expensive. I just talked to customer service, fortunately it appears they are resolving things. But now I have to go back to the drawing board and find a better one.

This was exactly what ai wanted. It is fireproof, safe, elegant and has the look and feel of great stone tile. Made my stove look much more valuable.

The appearence and the quality of construction are wonderful!
