It's fine. It folds up nicely and does the job in the end. Mine doesn't fold all the way down without me manually pulling out the sides after initially unfolding it. It doesn't get stuck on anything, it just rests a quarter inch away from flush and requires reaching under the sides for it to flatten down, and it's not usable without that extra step. I'm disappointed because I was looking for an easy to grab and use step stool. Otherwise it's just fine - hopefully yours won't have the same manufacturer error mine does.

Kind of a shabby design, but it works for what I need. I keep it in my pantry to reach high places, but it's not super sturdy.
