The toilet paper does not stay on the rack. Worst purchase ever. To add insult to injury, Wayfair would not stand behind the product and refused to refund the return shipping for the defective product...and only agreed to provide a store credit. At $60 for toilet paper hook that does not HOLD the toilet paper, I am greatly disappointed that Wayfair did not do better. I expect more from Wayfair!

I have remodeled to 4-unit buildings with a total of 14 bathrooms where I have used the style of this collection for all the bath accessories. I recently ran out of wall space but was very happy to find some hooks from the same line that I could use for towels or a robe.
