Easy to use controls and clearly marked buttons make operating it a breeze. Maneuvers smoothly on caster wheels to take to any room. Something like this is honestly life or death in the sweltering heat and knowing you can count on an air conditioner is peace of mind and safety. This really works well and is a quality item.

It is powerful and it cools the living room quick. it brings the remote and what is so cool about it is that ai can control with my phone. It is a 3 in 1 IT COOLS it is a dehumidifier and it ventilated the room. Not to mention is a voice control operable. LOVE IT!!!!!

The air conditioner puts off so much cold air in such a short amount of time. I love not having to have it sitting in the window also. Our old one used to drip sometimes, but now we won't have to worry about that anymore. The air conditioner also covers a large amount of area unlike our last one. I love that it is smart-compatible.

The previous owner had a vent set up already for a portable AC unit. Extremely easy set up, the app is easy to download and navigate fits in with the color of our exercise room. Highly recommend the TCL brand and the ease of set up. I can be on my bike and adjust the temp from my stationary bike when exercising. We love it!!
