Really happy with this product

Good for smaller bags like weekend trips, normal everyday shopping, lightweight, convenient , folds up to fit into a small carry bag so when finished at the store just pull it out of your shoulder bag or backpack snaps right into place real easy tie the bags down and your off no more lugging heavy grocery bags, quick, easy, convenient , easy to use, easy and lightweight for errands and shopping! Adjustable handle height, very nice!

I love this little hand truck. I've had yhe same one for 10 years and it's fantastic! Help with my move 7 years ago and is great for bringing in the cases of water from the car!!!

I'm not moving any heavy loads, so I don't need anything bigger or more heavy duty. I need to walk 1/2 mile to do my laundry, and toting the laundry basic on this dolly helps immensely.

DON'T BUY THIS HAND TRUCK DOLLY!!!! It worked for about a month with twice a week use for a laptop bag (way less than the 75 lbs weight limit implied in the listing) then one of the side bars fell off as you can see in the picture. When I contacted Wayfair they said it was a known issue but it was past the 30 days so they wouldn't do anything. They got me in contact with the manufacturer who first said my order number was invalid. After I sent pictures of my order invoice they then replied that I must have mishandled the product and refused to refund me my money. How do you mishandle a cart when you just put the bag in the centre and strap it in (the picture attached showed how I strapped it in even though it was taken after the side bar broke - had to loop it because otherwise it would be too loose to hold the bag on the cart)? I didn't go slamming it into stairs or sidewalks and only pulled it behind me because of it being easier to pull than push over snow covered sidewalks. If I could give this item ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!
