The hinges have the look and are a pretty good reproduction of 1800s cast iron hinges, which I have. The problem is the pin, which is thin and light gauge and causes the hinges to be very loose in the pin. I would be worried about supported doors on these hinges. I do wonder if the bigger size is better. Sad, if it weren’t for the pin I would have been happy with these. I will be returning them.
