The sash locks themselves are very good quality, but lower rating is due to poor quality phillips screws that come with the locks. several had to be redone, as the heads stripped while installing. How many more cents would it cost to upgrade these items...I would have gladly paid more for this to be the case?

Beautiful however the fulfillment center only sent 1 when the description is for a set of 10… I’m very disappointed.
