The glass doors were delivered in three-four weeks. When the contractor opened the crate to install them, we found one of the door's glass shattered. We could hear the glass pieces rattling inside. My contractor said the forklift had shattered the glass since the cardboard box it came in had a forklift size damage on one side. I don't understand how the company could not anticipate such issues and why the doors were not secured by enough thermacol sheets to prevent such damage from happening. While Wayfair was very cooperative and helped us order a replacement door, I still have to wait for God knows how long for the door to get here and then have to wait for my contractor to find some time free to come and install the door. It is just too much hassle. I understand accidents happen, but when transporting glass, precautions have to be taken so that the glass does not break. Elemental, right?
