I got black and is nice for bathroom. Don’t have to mess with a spring.

Item shipped in a timely manner (standard shipping). It was packaged well. Everything needed was included in the package. Very easy to install. It's exactly as pictured. The only thing I don't like is the caps to cover the screens really does not work. You can't see the screens when the toilet paper is full, but once depleted screws can be seen.

I know its rather silly to get excited over a toilet paper holder, but we LOVE this one!! Super easy to install, just two screws, it took longer to remove the old holder, 4 screws that held the mounts on the wall, plus 2 tiny screws for the brackets!! Now, there is no more need for that spring loaded tube to take out every time you need to change the roll. Simply lift up remove the cardboard tube, replace with a new roll and push down. Also, there is PLENTY of room for the larger size toilet paper rolls. We love it so much, we are going to order another one for our second bathroom!
