PROS heavy duty feels high quality unique design CONS none as of yet. Will update once we get get a plumber to install. SUMMARY This was way more heavy duty than I expected when I ordered it. It feels super sturdy and looks elegant and stylish in person. I am just waiting for our contractor to start on our bathroom remodel. I will up update once it is installed

Disappointing product. For the starter, the finish is not gold brush as it says, it is more like bronze finish. The black rubber piece had come out lose right out of the box. The lateral movement of the handle (from left to right) is very hard when the lever is extended all the way back. I did not even bother to install it. Returned it and purchased another faucet. The return process on Wayfair website is faulty and does not work. Even after uploading the pictures, the "Continue" button remains gray (disabled) and you just cannot proceed. So I had to call customer service. They were helpful though!

Beautiful faucet! It looks like a work of art. I like it to much I am putting it in another bathroom.

This just arrived! Delivery was quick. This faucet is a thing of beauty. Very well made and heavy. The design is beyond beautiful! Much better than expected! This faucet will be a marvelous addition to our guest bathroom remodel! It will look great on the white quartz countertop. Anxiously awaiting the installation! Would definitely recommend!
