1st sink we received was broken in half and sharp pieces of porcelin. Wayfair still insisted on me returning it which was odd considering how dangerous I thought it was. Wayfair did make it right and shippped the new sink to me quickly. The second sink arrived in perfect condition. Looks great in our vanity with our quartz top.

When you place an order, their website gives you an "expected delivery" date. I have ordered a couple of times from them and in both case that "Expected Delivery" date means nothing. I call support, very nice lady but I simply did not believe what she was saying because of my previous experience. If you are looking for something fast, do not use Wayfair. If you do not need it fast I hear from my children they are very good and they love Wayfair. I might try them one more time if I am not in a hurry
