Toilette ronde deux pièces TOTO® Drake® ronde 1,28 GPF à hauteur universelle Tornado Flush® avec CEFIONTECT®, ébène CST775CEF#51

I can’t comment on the quality of the toilet because it arrived completely shattered. Wayfair still requested that I return it so I had to shlep the huge box of broken shards of porcelain to fedex. If you want this toilet I’d recommend finding a local reseller rather than ordering it online.

Last update: Customer service was actually great through this whole thing. It appears they had the third toilet sent from a different warehouse, and it arrived super fast and intact. At this great price for this excellent toilet, you have to decide whether it's worth the risk of one or two arriving broken. Updating my review to indicate that the replacement arrived broken even worse than the first one, with the same known problem of terrible packing. The box containing the bowl has shards of porcelain all over and the base is completely broken in both cases. A third one is on the way. Honestly, it will be so nice to try out what our plumber thinks is an excellent toilet once we get one that isn't broken!

Crack in the tank from factory - poor quality control. I will avoid Toto brand in the future, their price premium for alleged “quality” just isn’t there. Don’t believe everything you read online this brand was hyped by so many as something special. Thanks Wayfair for sending a replacement and doing the right thing.

It looked like they pushed it off the truck as they drove by the house. Absolutely in a mess. And then Wayfair sends me a new toilet seat rather than the a replacement for the toilet. How they came up with that I’ll never know. FYI I had two toilets busted like this. The app only let me upload the previous photo. That’s unfortunate since this was in 10x more pieces.

The best. Affordable toto. Flushed like a dream.
