I really wanted to love this showerhead, but if I had to do it over I would not purchase this unit. I will start with what I like. 1) The spa stream is nicer than I thought it would be. This feature is pretty nice; however, my master bath doesn't have a shower door (because it it large) and the stream can project out of the shower if it hits a shoulder wrong. 2) The look. It looks great. Wasn't sure I would dig the white, but it actually is pretty nice and the showerhead seems well built. Things I don't like. 1) The droplets are not great. The wave droplets are better, and the shower head would probably be better if those were the only droplets. The other droplets are pretty fine and can be annoying. They also clog fairly quickly. 2) Inconsistent temperature. The wave droplets are much warmer than the other droplets. I thought I would dig the temperature difference at first but it's just not right. 3) Steam. The droplets are very fine and I have to turn the water temperature up to get the heat I like, but that has my bathroom turning into a steam room. Probably will have a mold issue at some point. 4) Minor install issue. There is a safety screw that holds supposedly holds the showerhead on the threaded pipe. This screw never caught pipe and dripped water out (I need my 2.5 gpm with no losses!). I used teflon tape to fix the leak, but for the price I don't think I should have to do that. Would I buy another Toto Product again? Sure! The quality and build are great. The unit just feels like no on ever hooked it up to a shower to test it out and redesign where needed. Hopefully this review helps in your decision process.
