Year later Update: This Toto urinal has been flawless in our basement bathroom. The down flush is powerful and I love that it self cleans every 24 hours. If you're considering one don't think twice. It's a bargain for what you get considering it's a TOTO! Update After Installation: This has been working great since installation and I can confirm that it does have a really good wash down system. The electronic eye has worked flawlessly and it auto flushes every 24 hours to keep the unit clean. Great purchase. I Have not installed this yet so all I can comment on is the unit and packaging. Note that none of this is Wayfair's fault. The box was damaged with the handle being broken and box torn upwards on one side. The urinal is not well packaged by Toto or their manufacturing supplier etc. It is not wrapped in plastic, bubble wrap etc. and sits on the cardboard box which is touching the urinal on all sides on top. Our's arrived with scratches but Wayfair customer service immediately help to resolve this to our satisfaction. As a company there is no better and it starts from their employees who are amazing.
