Love the toilet! But most importantly I am very impressed with the service I recieved from Wayfair to get this purchase to me. It arrived very promptly and quickly. The toilet was very very carefully packaged and arrived without a single scratch or any missing elements. It was a very smooth and positive experience.

Toto toilets are worth the money. I felt bad for the UPS lady that had to deliver this behemoth in one box. Have two people ready to unload it.
