The first delivery came damaged, but Wayfair made sure to get a replacement out asap, and very pleased with this purchase!

This door is very heavy it was delivered as expected. Although the weight of this door seems to be very sturdy the instruction to put this together was not very clear the wood seems to chip easily as I was putting it together. I did reach out to customer service for help which responded very quickly. If it didn’t take me as long to put that door together I would probably send it back.

I can’t even give you an assembled picture of the doors because I am missing parts of the door panels and have extras of boards. The assembly in general is super easy, but again I have to wait for the correct parts to be delivered. Luckily wayfairs customer service is top tier and I’ve never had an issue getting missing parts or problems getting resolved. Quality is great and it has a subtle wood grain to it but it’s not very noticeable.
