Our new bed is very high and we bought two of these to help us get up down more easily gracefully. They are really sturdy and nice looking - beautiful wood! We did put adhesive felt strips and dots on underside of runners against the floor and on metal that bumps up against the bed frame so the metal doesn’t scrape the wood.

Bought this to get into my bathtub. I LOVE IT. This thing is heavy. An earthquake won't move it once in place. I like the "distressed" or "salvaged" wood that was used for the stairs and the metal they're attached to is no joke. Perfect for what I bought it for. 100% recommend.
