Primed 3 Equal Panel Shaker Bi-Fold Door

I was disappointed in the quality of this product. The hinges were cheap, bent and one hinge had the screws protruding out. When my contractor tried to re-install the screws he found them stripped. We had to purchase new hardware for the door prior to installing the door. One of the doors also had a gouge that had to be sanded out. If it wasn't such a hassle to repackage and return the door I would have. Beware future buyers.

Awful product. Came packaged in only a cardboard box. I ordered four doors and all four were significantly damaged. Corners were smashed and on two of the doors the hinges had ripped off the screws. So far Wayfair has been absolutely no help. They will only speak by text and are trying to pawn me off on the manufacturer who they say will "email" me in 1 to 2 business days. We will see but possibly my last purchase from Wayfair.

I like the doors but there is a very large gap between the two panels which I don’t like. Its wide enough I can almost fit my pinkie. I wonder if you remove the hinges and straighten them out somehow, if it would fix it. Not sure why the hinges are bent this way. The doors themselves are solid and nice, and heavy. But the design means you have to put the knob a little low.

Don’t buy this item. Poor assembly and their packaging is awful. First door arrived with a huge chip in the door face. Replacement door arrived with bent hinges and broken hardware needed for installation. They just throw everything in the box and hope for the best, but when the hardware is mostly plastic and thin metal the result aren’t good. Picture illustrates how the hardware arrived. I didn’t bother with a photo of the bent guide rail and hinges. For a closet door that is this expensive, I would have hoped for better.

Great product. My basement room looks complete. Doors do not look cheap. They are solid and heavy. They open and close very smoothly. It took my husband about an hour to hang it. Still have to add a door knob to make it perfect. Very happy with the purchase.

The hinges were damaged on one door. Contractor had to remove and straighten the hinges. Then replace damaged screws. The other door, the corners were damaged. This seems he said like may have been dropped on its corner, twisting the unit.

Complete garbage. Just as the previous reviewer wrote. The hinges are so bent and damaged the door doesn’t even shut right. I didn’t bother putting it up.

I would never buy another Trimlite product again. These doors were sent to us and looked like they had been repacked and shipped back out because someone else had also returned them. The doors, as shown in the pictures, look like complete trash. No packing around the doors in their boxes, also shown. I will be requesting a refund.
