Modway Render 36" Wall-Mount Bathroom Vanity

This Vanity is terrible. The color comes off with just a swipe of your finger across it. The quality is the worst. I don't recommend.

This sink is better than expected. Wood was a natural color and looked like real crafted wood. 2 drawers had ample storage. Countertop was a bright white which made my 3 piece black faucet stand out.

Do not order this! Comes chipped the worse quality I’ve ever had to purchase. Never again will I buy from here.

Building code for sink drain line is 16-20” from the floor with the water feed lines 2-3 inches above that. Apparently the designers of this vanity decided to ignore the fact that feed and drain lines are required for a bathroom sink because there is absolutely zero consideration for any of these lines in the design of this unit. I would imagine 99 of the people who order this vanity will need a way to cut away part of the backing to make it work. Worse yet, the bottom drawer won’t close due to feed line interference. So after assembling this I now have to leave the bottom drawer out permanently. Awesome
