Paquet de boutons de fantaisie

Photo shows what appears to be bone, ivory, or cream color knobs. Nowhere was the color named. I ordered 3 boxes of 6 knobs that came in separate shipments and boxes. After opening first box I saw the color and they were even labeled GREY ceramic knobs (on each knob and each box) and were dark grey, nothing like the photo. The staff at Wayfair were helpful and understanding, agreed that the image was ivory, and told me I'd receive full refund of $92.16 and the company would be notified to check their product image and info. So far I've received only partial refund. Will wait a few days to see if the full-refund process works through as I was told once the return shipment actually arrives at its destination (dropped it off with FedEx today).
