I got this and was picking out all my stuff for my bathroom. I got it a little bit at a time. I just recently opened it and I was so upset because I had parts missing and when I contacted them and told them I was told it was past the 30 days. I almost started to cry. I then said look I know its past the return date and I dont want to return it, however I still need the parts that are missing to be able to use the shower. Not only did they contact the manufacturer and get me in touch with them. I expected to have to pay for the parts. But they sent them to me at no charge at all. I cant wait to get it installed. Thank you so very much. Yall went above and beyond. Im a very happy and proud customer
