I’ve tried to love this faucet but it has so many problems. After getting it installed, the sensor only worked for a couple weeks. I took it off to charge it however, it didn’t work at all afterwords. I called Wayfair and was able to a replacement part but it’s not properly working. Anytime we walk pass the faucet, it turns off and on. I do not recommend buying this faucet.

UPDATE After 3 months, the screw on part with the sensor to distribute the water stopped working. I put it on the charger for a few hours - nothing.. let it sit out overnight to drain the water - nothing.. tried everything! I called Wayfair - because it was within the 2yr warranty, they’re sending the replacement part. Customer service was wonderful! I don’t recommend purchasing. Love this. Definitely saves water. Once you get the hang of how to use it - it’s worth the purchase.

Overall it's a nice faucet that seems to be good quality. The idea behind the two touchless sensors is great but the execution and experience doesn't work for me. The front sensor when activated turns the water on for 3 minutes or sooner if manually deactivated. The bottom sensor turns the water off after motion is no longer detected. The bottom sensor is great for washing hands and the front sensor works well when you need to fill a pot or are washing dishes. That said, everyday use causes the sensors to activate and deactivate by accident quite often. Great idea but not a great experience. It would be nice if I could deactivate the sensors and use it like a regular faucet but I don't believe that is possible? The sensors may work perfectly for some but for me it is more of a pain than anything. Something strange is that the charging port for the sensors is right next to where the water comes out and even though it has a rubber plug it seems like over time water can get inside. Update: the faucet stopped working after about 4 months. Would not recommend. EDIT: the sensors stopped working after about 3 months of use and without the sensors there is no water. A waterless faucet is not very useful in my opinion.

Arrived very well packed and in perfect condition. It didnt take any longer than your usual faucet set up and it has worked great for us so far. Has good amount of pressure with the sprayer and looks very nice in the kitchen with our other stainless steel items.

This item is exactly as advertised on Wayfair. It was received quickly and packaged very well. No damage on the container or contents. I opened it but have yet to install it because I am waiting for a cap for my sink since my old one has a separate sprayer. My contractor says it is perfect for my use and will be an easy install. I recommend this item. Great price.
