This order has been an utter disaster. First, the door was delivered way behind schedule. It took months, instead of the 4-5 weeks promised. Second, it was delivered with significant damage. Wayfair's proposed resolution was to send a repair person out to repair the door, and when the repair person eventually came out, they deemed it un-repairable. Third, after the damaged door could not be repaired, Wayfair told me to donate the damaged door + hardware and wait for a replacement. After waiting weeks, a replacement door was delivered, WITHOUT the door hardware. I tried reaching out to the delivery team, and to Wayfair multiple times, to get the missing hardware, but it was "not in stock", so it has never been sent. I asked Wayfair to cover the cost of me purchasing hardware separately through Wayfair's own website, and they refused to help. 6 months after I ordered the door, I am still missing a complete delivery of the door with installation hardware kit. Very frustrating experience.
