Great value . This is a wonderful item. I would highly recommend it.

I was very happy with it. I haven't had a chance to use it yet. I need to get a HVAC tech to set it up for insurance purposes. My husband said he could do it.

Was delivered over a week late, texted customer service to ask for it to be delivered when I returned to town, but they didn’t listen and it was left in a damaged box in a puddle of snow and mud slush! Was also missing screws and no way to put it together without the screws trying to get a hold of us stove, but they’re only open on hours. I work Also was missing parts, especially the screws to attach your legs Trying to get a hold of your stove, but so far they haven’t been open . Turned out directions were wrong the stove had tiny screws to hold legs on but they come loose constantly More trouble than it is worth!

From what I can see of it inside the box still. Will need help to get it out of the box and put the legs on it.

Very anxious to get installed for backup source of heat for my home
