Installed this vanity in the second bathroom, beings it is smaller, still plenty of space for stuff, just not as crowded in there, actually made the bathroom feel larger.

Nothing like an unexpected slab leak that requires an overhaul of laundry room! We had a slab leak and the cabinet and utility sink that had been in place when we bought our house had to be removed to do the pipe-refit repair. Once the wall was repaired we had the next challenge of replacing the inexpensive cabinet that had been there for years with something that would fit the small space. The original cabinet had been there for at least 20+ years. We'd hoped to salvage the sink that had been set in that cabinet but I couldn't find anything "off the shelf" that would work. In the end, it was new cabinet, new sink and then, the biggest PITA, new countertop. (We'd renovated the kitchen and baths six years earlier when we'd moved in and we'd left the laundry room alone since it wasn't an issue. But 4-5 years later, it suddenly had become an issue and now, no one wanted to do any kind of solid countertop for such a small [tiny!] job. We eventually stumbled upon an independent contractor who agreed to cut a piece of granite for us we purchased at a granite yard, which and we then installed the counter and backsplash, ourselves.) Anyway, back to this vanity. It came in white and I decided to paint it this teal blue for contrast with the counter and against the tile floors. It also works with the same teal tile we have in the kitchen, also purchased from Wayfair. We bought a small granite composite bar sink from another vendor, repurposed a kitchen sink faucet, and that was how we got our utility/laundry sink, back! This cabinet was a good price, decent for what it is and had free shipping. I painted each of the pieces before my husband assembled them and then did any touch up work once it was installed. We did install a piece of painted wood trim vertically between the cabinet and the wall to take up the extra space and look more built-in.

This is just what I needed, super convenient and basic style vanity cabinet to easily customize with my own counter top, sink and faucet. I used this for a laundry room that had a wall-mounted faucet so I had to purchase the drop-in utility sink and a small piece of slab counter to fabricate separately, and my contractor was easily able to make it work together using this cabinet as a base.

Item received used, damaged and missing parts, no hardware or instructions. Wayfair customer support told me to deal directly with the manufacturer to resolve issue. Very disappointing, still waiting for response.
