This shower system is very deceptive to an ordinary buyer with no plumbing experience. It was actually beautiful ;however, when my plumber came to install it, he said that there was no diverter so it had to be either set for all cold or all hot water. I had no idea what this was and how it worked. I assumed since the picture was of an inside shower and it cost $278 that it would have hot and cold water. Listed at the bottom of the description (push for more details) there was a bullet that said does not have a diverter. The picture, the price, and the info that was visible was very deceiving. There was also no option to purchase a diverter separately. I would never buy from this company again.
