Very very modern looking door and goes perfect in my house

Such a difficult time getting in touch with seller and have issues with the door, Issues with door opening from both inside and outside.

Beautiful looking door. That said, horrible functionality- hard to open from the inside (you need to use two hands and a pushpull motion). Try explaining that to every guest that visits you. And opening from the outside Impossible without a key. Wish I could return it. Don’t waste your money unless you’re looking for a bank vault.

Absolutely love the look of this door! I have already received so many compliments and we are still in the construction stage. I was looking for something solid at this is exactly that- Feels like a vault door. It was a bit complicated to put the lock on and when closing the door it feels like the locks hits too hard, have to do more fiddling when properly installed. There is a small lever on the lock you can push up or down for day/night mode so you can choose leave your door locked or keep it unlocked every time you close it. Love the two tone for exterior and interior. Feels and looks like it's WAY more expensive than it actually was! Great find!!!

From a technical point of view, construction and adjustability, the door is well engineered, bullet proof. Manual lacks detailed info regarding fine tuning alignment and adjustment. You have to call the distributor to get piece mealed videos for several of steps, and their customer service didn’t know the finer details of accessing adjustment parts. Also shipping took longer than max estimated. Door construction gets 5 star, the rest get 2-3 star, so averaging 4 stars in my book.
