It was missing one long handle = I could not use it.

Just came with a picture to assemble not even the right Size bolt or nuts. Sits too low to the ground. Thought they were all terrain tires their air tires just not happy at all

Instructions simple enough. Minimal metal for strength but doable. Handle height is for people under 5'10"; if taller it is slightly uncomfortable. Does its job.
