Extremely heavy and hard to use by 1 person. The multiple levels are great. But when trying to retract this ladder, it has slammed and fallen out of my hands several times So great for different heights, but hard to use, in my opinion

I would give this ladder a 5 for sturdiness. It's heavy-duty and you can feel very safe while on it. But, it is so dangerous when you are trying to retract it because its heaviness causes it to slam down very hard and super fast, and if you get caught, you're going to have broken bones in your hands for sure. So I give it a 1 for ease of use. Overall, a 3.

Way better than the first one that was sent, steps are better and fix,heavy but manageable, wife can lift it, downside is that it does not go down slowly, watch out your fingers
