The Hand Shower and the water faucet at the bottom are not metal. The plastic feels cheep. (looks good) the hand shower faucet hose was also a bit cheap feeling. I replaced the hand shower and hose with another I had for a much stronger feeling product. Install was very easy. the finish was excellent especially for the low price. I like the way it looks and feels. I hope it last for a few years. We are very happy with the look and performance. The packaging was excellent. Fedex did not beat up the box.

We ordered the WHITE which in real life is really white, just to be aware, it's unlike how the picture shows with a tint of silver. Overall the quality is amazing, and 2-days delivery was TOP
