Superior Customer Service. When I originally ordered, the site said that the tiles would be delivered within a few day. The seller contracted me within an hour of me placing my order in order to let me know that they may not have enough of the tile I ordered. The seller then made another follow up call to let me know when the tiles would be available and even checked to make sure that I did indeed order the right tile for my needs. The tiles arrived in PERFECT condition because the packaging was exactly what was needed to protect the tiles from damage. The quality was A+ and the tiles are RIDICULOUSLY beautiful. I cannot wait to put them up. They are large and well detailed. I have 13 foot ceilings and these will give my living room the exact look that I wanted. I will definitely be purchasing from this seller again. Quality service means so much...and the product is well worth the price.

Need additional trim peices to hang

The metal was much shiner than the photo. So I will have to age the panels before installation to give the design some depth . Not to mention that one should wear thick protective gloves before handling them because the edges are sharp as razors.
