I had ordered a 36 x 36 neo-angle shower enclosure and after I had set the base, I opened the box to install the glass. Unfortunately they had sent me the glass for a 38 x 38. I spoke with Wayfair representative Jake Oaks who after listening to my problem told me he would take care of the situation and I would receive an email from him soon. I did receive his email, the company had been contacted and my new shower enclosure was set to be shipped. After seeing the product I am extremely excited to get the correct one and get it installed. I would like to give a big thanks to Jake and Wayfair for superior customer service and look forward to doing business with them frequently.

Great shower overall, except the putting it together part was a big hassle for my contractor. It took 2 guys about 4 hrs to put together. And size is a little too small. Great for small bathroom though
