After 5 months since purchase water does not get hot and water pressure reduced by half. Called Vigo warranty they offered parts that of course required spending on a Plummer but worse parts back ordered. My other 2 bathrooms with other non Vigo work perfectly fine. First and last Vigo purchase.

My package arrived with a missing part (s). What is missing is the parts that connect the shower head to the shower panel and obviously to the plumbing. I contacted the manufacturer right away, and I was told that they will send the missing parts, but three days later they contacted me via email to ask for more details and pictures. Just want to let you know that I’m disappointed in the way the manufacturer is handling this issue.

I had another shower tower that was great and tried to reproduce in our guest bath. This looks great, functions as advertised, but the pressure is somewhat lacking (although pressure in the house is good). I imagine there is some restriction in the unit itself but I haven't bothered to hunt down a fix.

Vigo packages this very poorly. I’ve had it delivered from a few different vendors now and each time it’s showed up with the box ripped open and the item damaged. It looks like it would be quality item, but for some reason Vigo thinks a 100 dollar faucet which I also received from them should be packaged better then a 500 shower system… if the Vendor reads this please invest a bit more in packing this you’d save yourself and your customers much headache. Pictures are how I received this in the box which came ripped open more than once.
