After 5 months since purchase water does not get hot and water pressure reduced by half. Called Vigo warranty they offered parts that of course required spending on a Plummer but worse parts back ordered. My other 2 bathrooms with other non Vigo work perfectly fine. First and last Vigo purchase.

My package arrived with a missing part (s). What is missing is the parts that connect the shower head to the shower panel and obviously to the plumbing. I contacted the manufacturer right away, and I was told that they will send the missing parts, but three days later they contacted me via email to ask for more details and pictures. Just want to let you know that I’m disappointed in the way the manufacturer is handling this issue.

Vigo style and quality brought my shower and the whole bathroom to the next level. The only downside is that the handle start to leak water and the shower head start to collect calcium which is difficult to remove after a while.
