I am very satisfied with the purchase I would definitely recommend that if you have a hot room upstairs that it doesn’t get cold with the air-conditioning it’s actually works very well

We received these damaged soaked through with oil....package included...we had to fight with the merchandiser and finally Wayfair settled it and refunded us back. So product was trash but Wayfair made it right.

Item is what I needed however size is not as expected. Listed as 5.5 x 13.8 which is usually the size of the actual vent opening. However, this is the size of the register. Box says 4 x 12 Register- nothing measures 4x 12. My vent opening is 6 x 14 so this is much too small, unfortunately.
