Great lift assist chair, has come in handy when needing help up after falling down. All tho this model has wheels to roll it is difficult to do and you have to attach the long pieces on the bottom…it works very well. Just move to get on the seat, put the arm rest down, put the safety belt on and push the up button. It does require charging the remote but doesn’t need it often. Very happy with it.

Deserves a ZERO Star, but not an option. A terrible design! The two support floor bars to stabilize the chair are not attached and need to be slid on before each use. The video demonstration sold me. HOWEVER, my fault I should have watched it more closely and more times. I could not understand why the support bars slid into a notch instead of being attached. Then after watching the video again I realized the attaching of the support bars is entirely skipped and magically appear on the floor when the man gets onto the seat. The bars can be seen strapped on the back when the lady wheels it around. Very difficult to use and dangerous for someone needing assistance. Watch the video closely as I described and realize it is a terrible design useless.

I think this will help. My husband falls and he weighs 300 pounds.
