Rack works well. Gave 4 stars only because the anchors that come with it aren’t sufficient enough. I didn’t have a stud to use where I wanted to place mine so was dependent on the anchors- pulled out of the wall the first time I put towels in. Was able to correct with sturdier anchors so just start there instead of using the ones they provide. Otherwise very satisfied
