It’s on the small side but ok for our guest bath. The unit gets very hot. Makes the towels smell slightly burned which concerns me. I’ve used this brand before and this one seems hotter than my other model.

it's ok. It gets warm but not really hot. So the. towels just feel slightly warm. The material also gets tarnished quickly - I don't know how (from the wet towels?) but I have to polish it every other week otherwise it looks really old

We absolutely love our Towel warmer (with the timer). It keeps our towels smelling fresh (no damp towel stink) and so cuddly warm. We often say it was the best thing we purchased in our bath renovation two + years ago.
