The product is nice, but the quality of the painting is average. After only a few weeks I can see some scratches on the corners. Also, I thought the product was more powerful than that. It only stars to warm the towels after 15 minutes. It’s almost useless since my shower is only taking 5 minutes. I almost have to start the timer 30 minutes in advance to have a good warm towel. It’s a waste of energy. My electrician told me that next time I should have checked the number of Watt. This one doesn’t have enough apparently.

Excellent product, easy to install. One recommendation for a new install, if you can measure and align the mounting brackets to your tile grout line, this will prevent the need to penetrate your new tile.
