Money was not well spent. I went with this one because it was on the higher end wattage/BTU of their Warmly Yours offerings. It doesn't get very warm itself and the towels only get a hint of warmth. I was also hoping that it would throw some heat into the bathroom (not at all). Don't believe it was a one-off bad example, because we bought 2 and they perform similarly. I would advise picking a higher BTU/wattage model or going with a Runtal (more expensive, but good reputation).
