Scratches on the flush buttons, extremely hard to install, low to the ground, top does not fit properly, and why on earth would you have gold accents and flush buttons, and use chrome toilet seat screw covers. Hate it but way too difficult to uninstall and return.

This goes perfect, color and trim to our new restroom!

This toilet is both fashionable and utilitarian. It flushes very quickly and efficiently, even when using the smaller button. However, about ten days after having it professionally installed by a licensed and experienced local plumber whom I had used several times before, it was leaking water which then spread through the floor and caused the carpet in the next room over to get all wet. The plumber had to return to the house but wasn't able to rectify the leakage and ultimately had to drain the toilet and shut off the water valve (rendering it completely unusable), advising me that it was apparently a defective model and that it needed to be replaced. I'm not sure whether any other customers have experienced similar issues with this model, whether the reason for the leakage could possibly have had something to do with my home in particular, or whether a different plumber might have been able to install it more effectively; but regrettably for me, the purchase turned into a major disaster. Before the leakage though, it appeared to be working great.
