I have had my dehumidifier now for over a week. It is very quiet and so far has removed a good amount of water everyday. It has a great warranty and you can even buy an extended warranty for little money. I am glad I finally found one that works great. You will be happy when you purchase this item! For anyone looking for a great dehumidifier this one is for you.

I thought this was great when we first got it, it was 150 pints, which is great, good price and seemed fairly quiet. Four months later and it is really loud, it is freezing under the filter. There’s actually ice on the unit. Frozen coils. I called customer service at Waykar and could not understand the representative at all. Heavy accent, she sent me a text on what to do and I was supposed to reply. I had to call again & was told I would be charged shipping & to send the money to a link in a text or leave a positive review & take pictures to show the review. Now they’re trying to offer me money to update my review to 4 or 5 stars, of which I have not yet received. Shady & strange way of doing business. Stay away from this company,,

unit stopped working in less than year. compressor stopped working so it doesn't pull water out of the environment. Then unit started to smoke. I want a refund or exchange for the GE humidifier just ordered to replace this one this one. Need the packing from the new one to package the old unit for mailing. Also need a return label for pick up. Please advise
