The product is falsely advertised as having SmartKey technology. The Product name says it features Smartkey technology and in the Features list its also says it comes with Smartkey technology to allow you to re-key the lock in seconds. Then, under Specifications, it says the product does not come with Smartkey technology and if you look at the lock itself, it does not have the small little Smartkey hole beside the keyhole. In short, the lock is falsely advertised as having a feature it doesn't have. Do not let yourself be misled by their false advertising.
