Easy installation, looks good, works well. Took a bit to figure out the touch screen so a bit more instruction from Weiser would be helpful.

My batteries would last a month or 2. Then I updated the lock set. Now the batteries last a maxim of 2 weeks. So I changed out the lock set to a an unused one I had. Batteries lasted 9 days. The response I got when I talked to a repesentative was the lock was purchased over a year ago. Wouldn't listen. So now I'm replacing my Wieser locks to another brand.

I bought 2 Halo Touchscreen locks, SKU G250-00X. They were installed July 16. Today, Aug 14, both locks are complaining of low battery. I used new Duracell Alkaline batteries. The fact that both locks began emitting low battery warnings within 12 houirs of each other suggests similar issues. I also find one lock often fails to perform actions such as unlock or lock when I do them from the App. Same lock would not change Settings - failing after perhaps 10 minutes.
