Love these door handles, solid and strong and super easy to install (and I am not a contractor)!

The ad specified that 2 levers were included. I ordered 2 packages because I needed 4 levers. Only 2 arrived. When I called they told me they made a mistake and it should be only one and if I wanted to return them I would have to pay for the shipping. She finally agreed to send me 2 more since it was there mistake, and when the replacement came, there was only 1. So I was buying 4 but only received 3 in the end. I'm not impressed with the customer service.
