(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The Weiser smartcode touchpad electronic deadbolt was very easy to install. I was able to use the existing hole in my door and installed it following the instructions that were included in the packaging. The instructions were easy to follow with diagrams. All parts were included and I just needed a screwdriver to complete the process. If you need to put a hole in your door you will need a hole saw to complete. Set up of the pin code was super easy. I followed the instructions in the booklet and am able to unlock my door easily with the pin or with the key. Very easy to install, great quality and definitely a good quality deadbolt system from Weiser. Definitely recommended. *Product gifted in exchange for my honest review*

Horrible, after two years of owning this product I had to called for trouble shooting. Due to key pad not working, to receive replacement, and then after to only have the replacement work 2 years once again. Products key pad life span is about 2 years, wouldn't recmond this brand

I had purchased this with the door handle as well, it was one of my bigger expenses as a single parent of toddlers. And half of the time i cannot even get it to lock or it makes no noise when i push the buttons, doesn't light up, and i have to manually unlock with the key. To say i am disappointed is an understatement. I am so frustrated and i have only had it for 3 months now, brand new batteries, etc. And turned out to be poor quality. Waste of my money.

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) This is such an upgrade from what we had. Now after installing this lock I have to paint the door and get a black doorknob to match. First of all it’s a Weiser brand and great quality and it looks sleek and strong. It has a good deadbolt and feels very durable. I gave my son the job of installing it. He was worried because he had never done that before. He followed the easy instructions and had it done in about 20 minutes. I like that it also has the physical key option and you can program 50 codes. It can also be rekeyed if needed and is pick proof. It’s a strong, safe product and I would recommend it.

The satin black has a nice clean look on my door, so sleek! The best part is that I can now lock my door with a single touch and don’t have to worry about keys which I’m always misplacing. Seems durable too!
