Traditional SmartCode Touchpad Electronic Deadbolt

Horrible, after two years of owning this product I had to called for trouble shooting. Due to key pad not working, to receive replacement, and then after to only have the replacement work 2 years once again. Products key pad life span is about 2 years, wouldn't recmond this brand

I had purchased this with the door handle as well, it was one of my bigger expenses as a single parent of toddlers. And half of the time i cannot even get it to lock or it makes no noise when i push the buttons, doesn't light up, and i have to manually unlock with the key. To say i am disappointed is an understatement. I am so frustrated and i have only had it for 3 months now, brand new batteries, etc. And turned out to be poor quality. Waste of my money.

I received a email response that did not address my problem/issue directly but sent me to a support page with all issues. The other links were to support whom I already spoke with , and actually the same person told me that was the way it always was. Wieser, please wise up and stay with times. There is lots of competition out there. These blanket emails that do not actually say anything but look we responded but did nothing does not convince everyone that you actually did anything.

First of all it’s a Weiser brand and great quality and it looks sleek and strong. It has a good deadbolt and feels very durable. I gave my son the job of installing it. He was worried because he had never done that before. He followed the easy instructions and had it done in about 20 minutes. I like that it also has the physical key option and you can program 50 codes. It can also be rekeyed if needed and is pick proof. It’s a strong, safe product and I would recommend it.
