I bought this piece because my old piece had exposed screws which kept rusting over time. This has the screws covered so it shouldn’t rust as easily. Installation is simple and it comes with everything you need to install. It looks good and fit well. I searched all over and this was the only matte black overflow plate without exposed screws. A little pricey, but worth it if it ends up holding up over time.
