It worked for a couple of months and then started arbitrarily steaming. I turned down the water to the point that it was defeating the purpose of have a hot water dispenser and after a couple of months, it started steaming again. In total, it lasted 9 months. Not worth the price.

Terrible product. Don’t buy! This worked less than 6 months for 355. I was gone for the winter, so my 12 month warranty was over and Westbrass did not have any replacement parts. Filling a cup takes minutes not seconds like the three InSinkeraters I have owned. They filled a cup instantly. I am so sorry l bought this. It has a cute faucet and that is the only thing good about.
